S h i p p i n g  P o l i c y 

Orders are processed and packaged 3-7 business days from the order date depending on the item.

All orders are shipped via courier and can be tracked using the tracking number sent in your confirmation email. Shipping fees are non refundable. No exceptions
 

L o c a l  P i c k  U p

Local pickup is available free of charge. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with the address and pickup instructions. Just choose "pick up" at check out, and you're set!

When you arrive, you will see a large, grey bin labelled “Taylored to you pickup” your order will be waiting for you there

If your order remains un-picked up for 7 days, we will no longer be responsible for the condition of your order once 7 days have passed. 

R e f u n d  &  E x c h a n g e   P o l i c y

Stickers cannot be returned. If there are issues with your order, please contact us so we can see if your circumstance qualifies for a refund or a replacement. Reminder that although stickers are weatherproof/water resistant, they are not 100% waterproof. Do not put them through the dishwasher or soak for long periods of time!

Phone cases are made to order and are non refundable. No exceptions. Please ensure you select the proper case size at checkout as there will not be an exchange made in the event you order the wrong size. 

Not the right fit? No problem! We will happily accept return and exchange apparel in its original, unworn and clean condition with all tags attached. Items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free of marks, stains, makeup, deodorant and scents. Taylored to you reserves the right to refuse a refund that does not abide by our return policy. Items returned that are deemed non-refundable will be returned back to you at your expense. You have 14 DAYS from your delivery/ready for pickup date to qualify for a full refund on the product. All shipping costs are non refundable. The customer will be responsible for arranging shipments and covering shipping costs associated with both returns and exchanges.

Any damages must be reported within 14 days of delivery. After 14 days your item is no longer eligible for refund/exchange/return.

Once we have received your return, please allow for 1-5 business days for your return to be processed and refund issued. You will receive email confirmation when your refund has been completed and applied to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for your refund to appear on your statement.

Items purchased 25% off or more are FINAL sale.

If you would like to place a second order and your first order has not been fulfilled, feel free to choose local pickup on your second order to save the shipping fees!
HOWEVER you MUST leave a note at checkout that you would like your orders packaged together or it will go unnoticed. Failure to do so will result in a second shipping charge on your second order.

L o s t / S t o l e n  P a c k a g e s 

Before you freak out, try locating your package via tracking number in your confirmation email. If your package has been "stuck" in the same spot for a few days, it could just be a courier delay.

However, please contact us immediately if your package has not arrived within 2 weeks after your tracking has stated that the package had been "delivered".

If the shipping address was input correctly on our end (from what you provided us), we will not be liable for any lost/stolen packages as we've fulfilled our responsibility of shipping out your order - you will have to contact the courier service.

However, if Route Package Protection was purchased at time of checkout, all lost/stolen/damaged packages are covered and will be replaced immediately at no charge. 

 

D i s c o u n t  C o d e s 

All discount codes must be used at time of purchase. There will be no refunds/adjustments made if failed to do so. Codes do not expire and can be used on future purchases. 

 

C a n c e l l a t i o n s 

Once an order has been processed through the system it can not be adjusted or cancelled. No exceptions.
